Funny man Jason Segal owns multiple homes in the LA area and has bought another home recently in Los Feliz neighborhood. He bought it from Shepard Fairey, the artist who designed the “Hope” posters for President Obama's 2008 campaign.

Here are some of favorite things about Jason Segal's newly acquired Mediterranean style home:

Mediterranean Details

Our favorite Mediterranean detail in the home is all of the thick archways throughout. They can be found as a decorative detail in a bedroom, or entry/doors into various rooms and cutouts between rooms. Additionally, there are windows are all of the large arched windows that let in a ton of light.

Stunning Exterior Decor

Outside you'll find a Mediterranean style tiled fountain in beautiful blues. You'll also find red stone tiled patio and what looks like a terracotta tiled roof. These little details on the exterior create a cohesive and stunning space!

Wood Accents

The wood accents throughout the home are gorgeous. There are rich colored wood beams on the ceiling in multiple rooms as well as wood flooring in a majority of the rooms. We love the wood door and wood shutters found in the office nook and what looks like a wood paneled entertainment wall in the bedroom shown above. These wooden accents give the home a warm and masculine feel that's perfect for Segal.

The Kitchen

The almost galley like kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets paired with a glossy black tiled back splash. The windows let in a lot of light making the kitchen feel larger than it is. We love the industrial looking light fixtures on the wall above the sink and hanging from the wood beamed ceiling.

The Backyard

There is a spacious back porch with what we can guess are gorgeous views and overlooking the rest of his wooded backyard. There are steps leading down to a multi-leveled landscaped backyard with a grassy seating area and a paved seating area perfect for lounging and entertaining. We love all the trees and how the leaves are already changing to provide beautiful foliage throughout the year.

Do you like the Mediterranean look of Segal's home? Even though we'll always think of him as lovable Marshall from How I Met Your Mother, this home seems like the perfect bachelor pad for any man.
