Why an outlet store? Well…
You see, designers always end up having extra goods after a project’s completion. We overbuy at markets thinking we surely have someone we can sell a certain-something to; or we’ll have leftovers after having to buy in bulk in order to get what we need for a particular project. And then, of course, there’s the occasional snafu. :-(
In any of these cases, unloading these items to someone else can be difficult, either because they’re totally unrelated, custom, or just downright unique!
